Refund policy
We have a 48-hour return policy, which means you have 48-hours after receiving your item to request a return.
Each item is individually designed and manufactured using 3D printing technology and is considered final sale unless otherwise stated below.
Returns
We do not accept general returns for change of mind or personal preference.
To request a return for a valid issue, you must contact us at:
Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returns will only be considered if the product meets eligibility requirements outlined below.
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item back.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for review, the product must:

We reserve the right to request the return of the product before processing any resolution.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

The item is defective

The item arrived damaged

You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Normal variations from the 3D printing process are not considered damage.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the manufacturing process and nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

Normal 3D printing variations (layer lines, texture differences, minor color variations)

Change of mind

Personal preference

Improper use
-
Heat damage (exposure above 60°C / 140°F)

Damage caused by misuse or negligence
All products are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different product is:

Return the original item (if approved)

Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the desired item
We do not guarantee direct exchanges to manage inventory efficiently.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, we will notify you via email.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact:
European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If an order is shipped to the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days under applicable consumer protection laws.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
